For those who joined, the On Ramp class is your introductory course. This class has a very small class size and allows us to instruct you to perform movements correctly and safely. We offer two programs to choose from so we can accurately follow a program for each group. Once the coach feels you are ready for a regular class workout, you can test out of the On Ramp Class.
